Hello everyone and Happy Friday.  The Video Game deal today on Amazon is for those who are looking to accessorize their Wii (if not enough accessories existed already, but I digress).  The item on sale is the Intec Charging Dock/Turbo Cooler in the color black and also includes 2 rechargeable battery packs (solid package).  If you score it today you can grab it for $17.99 at a savings of $12.  Amazon is also running some lightening deals at 11am, 12pm, 1pm pacific standard time (or 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm respectively on the east coast).  So if another Wii accessory is in your future go ahead and follow this link on over and pick it up.

Gamefly is running yet another sale and will end promptly on May 3oth.  Their sales usually consist of some decent stuff so head over to Gamefly’s website and see if there is anything you were looking to pick up on the cheap.  You can get to the Gamefly site from here.  Happy shopping.

*(I didn’t post any particular deals because they tend to go quick, so if you are interested check out what is left)

Today Amazon is running an all day Gold Box event for videogames.  The deal of the day is Dragon Age 2 for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and PC download.  Dragon Age 2 is on sale for $39.99 for all platforms mentioned.  So if you were on the fence about getting Dragon Age 2 at full retail you can score it now for $20 off.  Here is the link to the deals page.  Happy shopping.

Gold Box Deals (speculation, but pretty sure)

  • De Blob 2
  • Bulletstorm
  • Dead Space 2
  • Some sort of Headset
  • Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood (not sure about this one)

The Amazon Videogame Deal of the Day is for Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.  It is on sale for both Xbox 360 and PS3 for $14.99 or while supplies last.  This game has been on sale before and has sold out quickly.  So if you are thinking about it just pull the trigger or you may miss out.  You can get to the deal right here.

There is one website that I frequent very often and that is Cheap Ass Gamer.  This website offers up the best deals for finding video games on the cheap (no pun intended).  They also do reviews occasionally and have a podcast.  The feature of this website that I really want to highlight is there new video game deal searcher via Twitter.  If you follow @videogamedeals on Twitter (which is CAGs official Twitter account) and tweet them a search inquiry for a video game deal they will tweet you back within 30 seconds with the best deal on the internet.  I love searching for deals, but sometimes I really just don’t have the time to.  This new feature on CAG will certainly catch on and I will be sure to post anything I find that is worth mentioning.  So stay tuned.
